Hi Michael, this is Rich, owner of La Menagerie. I'm really sorry to hear that the necklaces didn't arrive on time. I've checked both the original and the replacement are both have been stuck in Fedex's system in Fort Worth. This is extremely rare, and extremely unfortunate. It frustrates us too, enormously, as we have done our part and passed on the orders to the delivery company and they have let us both down here. I'll be in touch with a proposed resolution.
